Commitment to cooking

We offer "Renaissance-inspired Japanese cuisine" that reflects the techniques and aesthetic sensibilities cultivated over 10 years in Florence.
Based on the recipes of our Florence flagship store, beloved by the people of Florence, we also offer original dishes that can only be found at our Shibuya location.
We luxuriously incorporate carefully selected ingredients and seasonings from all over Italy, such as mascarpone from Northern Italy, rock salt and anchovies from Sicily, and sheep's milk cheese from Rome.
It pairs perfectly with Italian wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Please enjoy our dishes and drinks, prepared with a passion that would rival even Italians, with your loved ones.
Atmosphere and interior
Our Shibuya store recreates the atmosphere of our flagship store in Florence.
The shop is adorned with Florentine antiques, and Italian canzone plays softly in the background.
Enjoy a moment where Florence and Oku-Shibuya intersect, along with service that welcomes you in both Japanese and Italian.
